Develop the distribution of Nova brands in IR channel.

1) Visit independent retail shops as per journey plan.

2) Focus on distribution & visibility of Gionee, Nova and Lexar brands.

3) Respect the given targets and try to achieve 100% targets in each month.

4) Checking out-of-stocks, sharing on-going promotions and closing orders with IR customers.

5) Regular follow up on the outstanding payment with IR customers.

6) Regular reporting to Sales manager and supervisor on the competition activities.

7) Activate every week new customer from the assigned territory and increase the distribution.

8) Building relationship with the IR customers and develop the overall business.

9) Deploy the brands POS materials, stands, posters etc. in IR shops

10) After checking collect the defective products and provide the replacement to IR customers.

11) To keep the van stocks and company van under his security.

1) To achieve the monthly sales & distribution targets

2) To collect the due payments from the customers within 60 days lead time.

3) To increase the distribution & visibility of Nova & Lexar brands in the assigned territory.

4) Maintain the current active customers and activate new customers on monthly basis.

5) To provide the competition information to Area sales manager on weekly basis.
